At Everstylish, we aim to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the details below to know how shipping, delivery, returns and refunds work for all Everstylish orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

Cash on delivery (COD) & Online prepaid orders
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Online prepaid orders

  • Orders below ₹200 must be placed as prepaid only, including a ₹60 shipping fee.

COD / Pay on delivery / Online prepaid orders

  • Orders above ₹200 can be placed as COD or prepaid.
  • A ₹60 shipping charge applies for orders below ₹600.
  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹600.
  • COD/POD available for order value up to ₹4,999.
  • Orders above ₹5,000 are prepaid only.
  • We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Paytm, COD & POD.
  • All product prices include GST.
DELIVERY POLICY

Express delivery

  • Express-tagged products are delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on PIN code.
  • You will receive SMS and email notifications once your order is shipped.
  • Exchange is not available; replacement or store credit is offered for COD/POD orders.
Standard delivery
  • Delivery timeline: 3-7 business days.
  • Make-to-order styles may require an extra 5-7 days.
  • If an order contains multiple items, the longest shipping timeline applies.
  • Deliveries are made between 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
DELIVERY PROCESS & UPDATES
  • You will receive an SMS and email with the tracking link once your order ships.
  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.
  • A valid email ID is mandatory for order updates.
  • Everstylish is not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
  • Do not share OTPs with the delivery partner until you have received your order.

Important:

If a customer rejects three COD/POD orders, the account will be restricted to prepaid orders only.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You can raise a return request within 72 hours of delivery. Please ensure you have an unboxing video for smooth processing.

A. COD / POD orders

  • Eligible for replacement or store credit only.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to any bank account or wallet.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received and processed.

B. Online prepaid orders (Net Banking / Cards / UPI / Wallets)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment source within 7-10 business days, after the item is received with original labels and tags.
  • Refund timelines:
    • Card payments → same card
    • UPI → same UPI ID
  • A confirmation email is sent once your return is received.

Note: Refunds are not issued to an alternate account.

C. 50:50 Payments — Prepaid + Store credit

  • Prepaid amount → refunded to the original source.
  • Store credit used → returned to your Everstylish account.

D. 50:50 Payments — COD/POD + Store credit

  • Eligible for store credit or replacement .
  • No bank refunds for COD/POD orders.

E. Exchange policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • You may return the item and place a new order using store credit.

F. Replacement policy

We offer replacements for items that are:

  • broken
  • damaged
  • defective

A product image or unboxing video is required for verification. If the product is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

RETURN METHODS

1. Online return pickup

  • Complimentary pickup available across India.
  • Courier partners will attempt pickup up to 3 times.
  • If pickup cannot be completed, switch to self-return.

2. Self-return

You can ship the product back to our warehouse. Share details at care@everstylish.com :

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking number

For PIN codes without pickup service, self-return is recommended . Shipping fee of ₹60 will be issued as store credit.
